Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 21st St. - W. Colfax Pl. to W. Eggert Pl. (SM495230023) File Number 230742: Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $166,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $178,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

N. 22nd St. - 80’ South of W. Colfax Pl. to W. Villard Ave. (SM495230024) File Number 230742: Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $295,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $310,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
