Analysis

This ordinance prohibits selling articles from parked vehicles on both sides of West Pleasant Street between North Palmer and North 1st Street.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 115-45-2-c of the code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

The north and south sides of West Pleasant Street from North Palmer to North 1st Street all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
