Analysis

This substitute resolution approves a final Certified Survey Map that combines parcels to create a site for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra redevelopment project.

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee (“City”) received a Certified Survey Map (“CSM”) application and one final CSM, a copy of which final CSM is attached to this Common Council File; and

 

Whereas, The CSM complies with Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 236 and City Ordinance Chapter 119; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following CSM is approved and shall be submitted to the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds for recording:
