Resolution accepting various Water and Sewer Easements (Department of City Development).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered to the City of Milwaukee:
Water Easement WE-797B and Sewer Easement SE-2613C, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Barbara B. Glass and Joan B. Roberts, as tenants in common, for a permanent water main and sewer easement in North Marshall Street (vacated) from East Pier Street (vacated) to East Polk Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
Water Easement WE-815, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and St. Joseph's Hospital of Franciscan Sisters, Milwaukee, Inc., for a permanent water main easement in North 50th Street (vacated) from West Burleigh Street to 83 feet more or less north of West Burleigh Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
Water Easement WE-818, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and St. Luke's Medical Center, Inc., for a permanent water main easement 40 feet east of South 28th Street (vacated) from West Kinnickinnic River Parkway extended, to 370 feet south of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway extended, in the City of Milwaukee.
are accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
