This ordinance changes the April "tag day" -- day when nonprofit organizations may solicit the public for contributions on public streets and grounds and in public buildings -- from the last Saturday of the month to the 4th Saturday.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 116-6-2-c of the code is amended to read:

116-6. Tag Day Permits.

2. APPROVED TAG DAYS.
