This resolution grants a special privilege to Teutonia Gardens, LLC to construct and maintain two excess door swings in the public right-of-way for the premises at 2711 North Teutonia Avenue.
Body
Whereas, Teutonia Gardens, LLC is requesting permission to construct and maintain two excess door swings within the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Said excess door swings may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Teutonia Gardens, LLC, 3900 South Prairie Hill Lane, Greenfield, WI 53228, is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To install and maintain two 3-foot wide door swings that will project 1-foot 7-inches into the north 10-foot wide sidewalk area of West Center Street. Said excess door swings will be centered approximately 76 feet and 112 feet west of the west line of North Teutonia Avenue. The total area of the door swings will be approximately 4.5 square feet.

Said above-mentioned excess door swings shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained prior to the granting of this special privilege.

Said excess door swings shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as it is no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
