Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

3rd and 6th Aldermanic Districts

E. North Ave. - N. Humboldt Blvd. to N. Bremen St. (ST211130114) File Number 110352: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $5,200; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $95,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $110,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013-2014 construction season.
