Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the planning, design, and construction of a Transportation Alternatives Program project with 80 percent Federal and State Aid under the Transportation Alternatives Program. This resolution also directs the City of Milwaukee Comptroller to transfer funds and establish project grant chartfield values for the preliminary engineering for this project.
