This ordinance authorizes the City Plan Commission to approve a site plan for the future development of the site.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-91.0035. The zoning map is amended to establish a Site Plan Review Overlay District for land bounded by the centerline of North 7th Street, the section line of West Capitol Drive, the centerline of North 6th Street, and a line 120.00 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Capitol Drive.
