Analysis
The City of Milwaukee Bicycle Task Force was created in 1993 by Common Council Resolution 930071. This resolution renames the task force to the City of Milwaukee Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force, and authorizes the task force to amend their by-laws to include pedestrian issues.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 930071 on May 25, 1993 which established the City of Milwaukee Bicycle Task Force; and
Whereas, The Task Force would like to expand its scope to include pedestrian issues; and
Whereas, The Task Force would like to be renamed to reflect this expanded scope; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee Bicycle Task Force is renamed the City of Milwaukee Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Task Force is authorized to amend its by-laws to include pedestrian issues.
