Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic
Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements
in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain
as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 13th Street from West Maple Street to West Burnham Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday
On West Burnham Street from South 13th Street to South 15th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday
On South 14th Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Burnham Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of West Potawatomi Circle (west roadway) from a point 300 feet south of West Canal Street to a point 350 feet south thereof
On the east side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to a point 60 feet north
On the south side of West State Street from a point 190 feet east of the North 14th Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the north side of West Elgin Lane from South 12th Street to South 15th Street
On the west side of North 57th Street from West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
On the north side of West Clybourn Street from North 6th Street to North James Lovell Street
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North 29th Street from West Concordia Avenue to West Townsend Street”
“On North 36th Street between West Burleigh Street and West Auer Avenue”
