This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects those items as shown on Sheet 1 of the map as recorded on June 27th, 2011, as Document No. 10009389 and Map No. 8363.
Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8363, being a division of part of Lots 10, 11 and 12 and all of Lot 13 in Block 4 and vacated street and alley adjacent in Conrad-Thoma Subdivision No. 1; all of Lots 1 through 32 inclusive in Block 12 and vacated streets and alleys adjacent in continuation of Grand View and lands in the Northeast 1/4, Northwest 1/4, Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 all in Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8363 and Document No. 10009389 on June 27th, 2011; and
Whereas, Baiba M. Rozite, a Wisconsin Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
