Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

3rd Aldermanic District

Cherry Street Bascule Bridge over the Milwaukee River (BR100040102): Deck repairs.

4th Aldermanic District

N. Milwaukee St. - South line of E. Wisconsin Ave. to the north line of E. Wisconsin Ave. (SM495040125): Relay combined sewer.

12th Aldermanic District

S. 3rd St. - W. Pittsburgh Ave. to W. Oregon St. (WT410051106): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)

W. Oregon St. - S. 2nd St. to S. 3rd St. ((WT410051084): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)

12th and 14th Aldermanic Districts

Becher Street Bridge over the Kinnickinnic River (BR100040103): Substructure repairs.

13th Aldermanic District

W. Waterford Ave. - 150 feet m/l east of the Soo Line Railroad Company Right of Way to 150 feet m/l west of the Soo Line Railroad Company Right of Way (ST211040141): Channelization. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $20,000)
