Mr. Jones stated that the denial letter he received from the City Attorney's office had incorrect information; the accident occurred on or about 4837 N Teutonia Ave on April 10, 2023.
Per a conversation Atty Muche had with Mr. Tom Wangerin – DPW Operations, it was found that DPW did received several phone calls within the time of February 10 - May 10, 2023 relative to the 4700- 4900 blocks of Teutonia Ave. Potholes were fixed, per DPW.
Since the committee was having a difficult time clarifying the sequence of events to ratify this incident, Ald. Perez moved to hold to the call of the Chair, to get clarity on the sequence of events from DPW's prospective. There were no objections.
