Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Highland Boulevard from a point 230 feet west of North 37th Street to a point 50 feet west thereof
On the east side of North 52nd Street from West Mill Road to a point 80 feet north
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-k of the Code relating to Parking for the Physically Disabled is amended by adding the following:
The first legal parking space on the north side of West Cherry Street west of North 12th Lane
The first legal parking space on the north side of West Cherry Street east of North 13th Street
The first legal parking space on the west side of North Downer Avenue north of East Webster Place
