Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.

-Analysis-
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
1st and 9th Aldermanic Districts
W. Villard Ave. - N. Teutonia Ave. to N. Sherman Blvd. (821-4600-9): Water main alterations.
5th Aldermanic District
W. Keefe Ave. - N. 79th St. to N. 80th St. (859-0503-6): Relaying sanitary and storm sewers. (1999 Sewer Program)
7th Aldermanic District
W. Meinecke Ave (Vac) - Point west of N. 30th St. to point west of Soo Line Railroad Company R.O.W. (859-0502-0): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Sewer Program)
W. Meinecke Ave. - Westline Soo Line Railroad Company R.O.W. to N. 37th St. (859-0501-5): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Sewer Program)
12th Aldermanic District
S. 3rd St. - W. National Ave. to W. Walker St. (859-0500-X): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Sewer Program)
S. 11th St. - W. Mitchell St. to W. Maple St. (858-0140-6): Relaying combined sewer.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
