Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2025 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
All Departments, Police Department, Department of Public Works - Operations Division
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 7, 2025 - March 16, 2025):
Under Pay Range 1CX, delete the titles of “Building Services Manager (1)” and “Police Records Assistant Manager”.
Under Pay Range 1DX, delete the titles of “Family and Community Wellness Manager” and “Housing Policy and Compliance Manager”.
Under Pay Range 1EX, delete the title of “Men’s Health Manager (3)”, delete footnote (3) in its entirety, and renumber remaining footnotes accordingly.
Under Pay Range 1FX, delete the title of “Council Records Manager”.
Under Pay Range 1GX, delete the title of “Suicide Prevention Manager (7)”.
Under Pay Range 1HX, delete the title of “GIS Developer-Project Leader (1)”.
Under Pay Range 1IX, delete the titles of “Enterprise Resource Planning Manager (1)” and “Homeland Security Director (1)”.
Under Pay Range 1JX, delete the title of “Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Director (1)”, delete footnote (1) in its entirety, and renumber remaining footnotes accordingly.
Under Pay Range 1QX, delete the title of “Special Deputy City Attorney”.
Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 11, 2025 - May 11, 2025):
Under Pay Range 1DX, add the title of “Print Media and Academy Facilitator”.
