A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 44^th Street from West Lisbon to West Garfield Avenues”

“On the west side of North 44^th Street from West Garfield Avenue to West North Avenue”

“On North 44^th Street from West North Avenue to West Garfield Avenue”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Meinecke Avenue between North Sherman Boulevard and North 44^th Street”

“On North 44^th Street between West North and West Meinecke Avenues, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays”

“On North 45^th Street between West North and West Garfield Avenues”
