Title
Resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
8th Aldermanic District
W. Dakota St. - S. 37th St. to S. 38th St. (SM495050087): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000)
S. 32nd St. - W. Orchard St. to W. Lapham St. (SM495050089): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $15,000)
S. 38th St. - W. Dakota St. to W. Montana St. (SM495050088): Relaying sanitary and storm sewers. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $20,000)

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the above description of work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
