Title
Resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
1st Aldermanic District
W. Villard Ave. - Alley east of N. 19th St. to N. 22nd St. (SW170050114): Sanitary sewer relocation. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $25,000)
2nd and 9th Aldermanic Districts
W. Silver Spring Dr. - N. 43rd St. to N. 68th St. (WT410060013): Blowoff alterations. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)
4th Aldermanic District

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
