A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12 of the Code relating to No U Turns is amended by adding the following:
On W. Villard Avenue from N. 52nd Street to N. 54th Street from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM eastbound and westbound
Part 2. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Mandatory Turn Lanes is amended by striking the following:
"W. Clybourn Street at N. 5th and W. Hinman Streets left lane must turn left westbound"
"E. Clybourn Street at N. Water Street left lane must turn left westbound"
Part 3. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Mandatory Turn Lanes is amended by adding the following:
On W. Michigan Street at N. 35th Street right lane must turn right eastbound
On E. Locust Street and N. Humboldt Boulevard left lane must turn left westbound
On W. Clybourn Street at N. 2nd Street and freeway ramp left turn westbound
Part 4. Section 101-12-4-b of the Code relating to Multiple Turn Lanes is amended by striking the following:
"W. Clybourn Street left turn to W. Hinman Street westbound"
Part 5. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On S. 16th Street from W. Euclid Avenue to W. Morgan Avenue
Part 6. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Carmen Avenue at N. 81st Street"
Part 7. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On W. Carmen Avenue at N. 81st Street
On N. 37th Street at W. Marion Street
At W. Ridge Court, N. 44th Street and W. Howie Place in all directions
Part 8. Section 101-18 of the Code relating to No Heavy Traffic is amended by adding the following:
On W. Armour Avenue at S. 14th Street westbound
On N. 70th Street at W. Lisbon Avenue southbound
Part 9. Section 101-21.5-1 of the Code relating to Designated Bicycle Lanes is amended by adding the following:
E. Locust Street from N. Humboldt Boulevard to N. Cambridge Avenue
Part 10. Section 101-22-2 of the Code relating to One Way Alleys is amended by adding the following:
Alley bounded by N. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, N. 4th Street, W. Reservoir Avenue and W. Brown Street northbound
