A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in

various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Burnham Street from South 23^rd Street to a point 40 feet west

In the alley bounded by West St. Paul Avenue, West Clybourn Street, North 27^th Street and North 28^th Street

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Broadway from East St. Paul Avenue to East Clybourn Street from 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-h of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West McKinley Avenue from North Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Drive to North 6^th Street from 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South Brisbane Avenue from East Clarence Street to East Deer Place”

Part 5.  Section 101-24-2 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On East Kilbourn Avenue from North Van Buren Street to North Prospect Avenue

Part 6.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 24^th Street from West Burnham Street to West Rogers Street

On the east side of South 7^th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street

Part 8.  Section 101-32-3-g-2 of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
