Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-9-1 of the Code relating to Prohibiting Pedestrian Crossing is amended by striking the following:
"The east crosswalk at North 55th Street at West Capitol Drive"
Part 2. Section 101-10-1 of the Code relating to No Right Turns is amended by adding the following:
The driveway on the south side of East Morgan Avenue west of South Illinois Avenue northbound
The driveway on the south side of West Morgan Avenue west of South Indiana Avenue northbound
Part 3. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following
On South 16th Street from West Morgan Avenue to West Crawford Avenue
Part 4. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On North 78th Street at West Melvina Street"
"On North 54th Street at W. Chambers Street"
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
"On West Stark Street at North 89th Street"
"On South 14th Street at West Mineral Street"
"On South 7th Street at West Rogers Street"
"On West Rogers Street at South 14th Street"
"On West Walker Street at South 14th Street"
Part 6. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 78th Street at West Melvina Street
On West Stark Street and North 89th Street in all directions
On West Mineral Street and South 14th Street in all directions
On West Rogers Street and South 7th Street in all directions
On West Rogers Street and South 14th Street in all directions
On West Walker Street and South 14th Street in all directions
On West Becher Street and South 17th Street in all directions
On North 86th Street at West Nash Street
On North 65th Street at West Stark Street
On West Scott Street and South 8th Street in all directions
On West Rogers Street and South 15th Place in all directions
On West Chambers Street and North 54th Street in all directions
Part 7. Section 101-21.5 of the Code relating to Designation of Marked Bicycle Lane is amended by adding the following:
South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Maple Street to East Oklahoma Avenue
