Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City of Milwaukee:
Water Easement WE-843, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and American Stores Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 6527, Parcel 1, at East Garfield Avenue (Extended) from North Humboldt Avenue to North Dousman Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
Water Easement WE-844, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and American Stores Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 6527, Parcel 4, at 75 feet south of East Garfield Avenue from North Riverboat Road to North Commerce Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
Water Easement WE-846, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Rivershire Addition, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 680, Lot 2, at 260 feet west of South 111th Street from 257 feet south of West Morgan Avenue to West Morgan Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.
Water Easement WE-847, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Weber Homes, Inc., for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 5037, Parcel 1, at 380 feet south of West Abbott Avenue (Extended) to 1,100 feet south of West Abbott Avenue (Extended) and 300 feet east of South 35th Street (Extended) to 70 feet west of South 35th Street (Extended), in the City of Greenfield.
Water Easement WE-848, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Cambridge Village Condominium Association, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 5046, Parcel 1, at 1,100 feet south of West Abbott Avenue (Extended) to 1,180 feet south of West Abbott Avenue (Extended) and South 35th Street (Extended) to 30 feet east of South 35th Street (Extended), in the City of Greenfield.
