A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of W. Scott Street from S. 34th Street to a point approximately 50 feet east of S. 35th Street from the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM"

"On the south side of W. State Street from the west curb line of N. 50th Place extended to a point 50 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the north side of W. North Avenue from the west curb line of N. 50th Street and extended west to the east lot line of premises at 5020 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM"

"On the south side of W. Vliet Street from the west curb line of N. 16th Street to a point 44 feet west of the west curb line of N. 16th Street at any time"

"On W. Seeboth Street from S. Ferry Street to S. 1st Street"

"On the north side of W. Virginia Street from S. 5th to S. 6th Streets from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of W. Burleigh Street from N. 50th Street to a point 50 feet east thereof at any time

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of W. Vliet Street from N. 57th Street to N. 58th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On W. Walnut Street between N. 29th and N. 30th Streets"

"On W. Walker Street between S. 14th and S. 15th Streets"

Part 5. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of S. 15th Place from W. Forest Home Avenue to W. Windlake Avenue"

Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of S. 15th Place from W. Forest Home Avenue to W. Lincoln Avenue

Part 7. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. 27th Street from W. St. Paul Avenue to W. Wisconsin Avenue from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM Except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of N. 27th Street from W. St. Paul Avenue to W. Michigan Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 8. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On E. Kane Place from N. Water Street to N. Humboldt Avenue
