Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various

Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain

as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping or Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 13^th Street from West Maple Street to West Burnham Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Manitoba Street from South 50^th Street east to the alley”

“On the east side of South 61^st Street from West Bennett Avenue to West Oklahoma Avenue”

“In the east half of the alley bounded by West Tripoli Avenue, West Howard Avenue, South 80^th Street , and South 83^rd Street”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 14^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the west side of  North 12^th Street from a point 150 feet south of West Wells Street to a point 20 feet south thereof

On the east side of South 61^st Street from West Bennett Avenue to West Oklahoma Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

On the south side of East Euclid Avenue from South Ellen Street to a point 40 feet east

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 13^th Street from West Maple Street to West Burnham Street

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Martin Drive from West Highland Boulevard to West Juneau Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 6. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-away Zones is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 13^th Street from West Maple Street to West Burnham Street”

Part 7.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 29^th Street from West National Avenue to West Scott Street

On South 5^th Place from West Becher Street to West Grant Street
