Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic

Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in

various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as

follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South 13th Street from West Granada Street to a point 100 feet north at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 13th Street from West Granada Street to a point 200 feet north at any time

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East Thomas Avenue from North Farwell Avenue to North Murray Avenue at any time"

"On the east side of South 35th Street from the north curb line of West Pabst Avenue to a point 110 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the east side of South 35th Street from the south curb line of West Lincoln Avenue to the east/west alley south thereof at any time"

"On North 93^rd Street between West Auer Avenue and West Burleigh Street at any time (during the period of street construction activities)"

"On the east side of North 94th Street from the north curb line of West Capitol Drive to a point 320 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the west side of North 69th Street from the north curb line of West Hampton Avenue to a point 80 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Kenwood Boulevard to East Bradford Avenue at any time"

"In the alley north of West Capitol Drive between North 11^th Street and North 12^th Street"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Manitoba Street from South 51^st Street east to the alley

On East Rhode Island Avenue from South Superior Street west to the alley from 10pm to 6am

On the west side of South Superior Street from East Rhode Island Avenue south to a point 150 feet south

On the west side of South 12^th Street from a point 150 feet north of West National Avenue to 120 feet north thereof

On the south side of East Becher Street from South Hilbert Street to South Allis Street

On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Bradford Avenue to East Locust Street

On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Linnwood Avenue to East Kenwwod Boulevard

On the west side of North 12^th Street from West St. Paul Avenue north to the alley

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 13th Street from West Vliet Street to West kneeland Street

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North Maryland Avenue from East Locust Street to East Kenwood Boulevard  from 8am to 4pm except saturday and sunday"

Part 7.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 92nd Street from West Center Street to a point 120 feet south thereof"

"On the east side of North 80th Street from West Bobolink Avenue to West Florist Avenue from 7am to 4pm except satuday and sunday"

"On North 34^th Street from West Wells St to West Kilbourn Avenue, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, excepting Satudays and Sundays and holidays"

"On West Michigan Street between North 20^th Street and North 22^nd Street from 7am to 6pm"

Part 8.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of West Forest Home Avenue Service Drive, from a point 290 feet north of South 54^th Street to West Morgan Avenue

Part 9.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North Maryland Avenue from East Locust Street to East Linnwood Avenue

Part 10.  Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Becher Street from South Hilbert Street to South Allis Street

Part 10.  Section 101-24 of the Code relating to Tow Away Zone by adding the following:

On the west side of South 13^th Street from West Granada Street to West College Avenue

Part 11.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking by adding the following:

On South 34^th Street from West Pierce Street to West National Avenue

On West Hayes Avenue from South 28^th Street to South 31^st Street

On South 21^st Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Lincoln Avenue

On South 26^th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

On South 36^th Street from West National Avenue to West Scott Street
