A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. State Street from N. 35th Street to N. 27th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"
"On the south side of E. St. Paul Avenue from N. Water Street to N. Broadway from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Rohr Avenue from N. 24th Street to N. 25th Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of N. Sherman Boulevard from a point 195 feet south of the south curb line of W. Custer Avenue to a point 15 feet further south thereof at any time"
"On N. Prospect Avenue between the driveways at 2315 N. Prospect Avenue at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Forest Home Avenue between S. 27th and S. 31st Streets"
"On the north side of E. St. Paul Avenue from N. Jackson Street to the first north/south alley west thereof"
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. Prospect Avenue from E. North Avenue north to the intersection of N. Maryland Avenue"
"On E. Singer Circle from N. Humboldt Avenue to N. Humboldt Avenue except the south side of E. Singer Circle (south roadway) from the east curb line of N. Humboldt Avenue to a point 650 feet east thereof"
"On the south side of W. Silver Spring Drive from N. Teutonia Avenue to a point 150 feet east"
