Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various

Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain

as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 49th Street from the north curb line of West Villard Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof at any time”

“On the west side of North 51st Street from the curb line of West Green Tree Road to a point 1500 feet south thereof at any time”

“On the west side of North 53rd Street from West Green Tree Road to a point 835 feet north thereof at any time”

“On North 91^st Street between West Burleigh Street and West Auer Avenue at any time (during the period of street construction activities)”

“On the west side of North 93^rd Street from West Mill Road to West Clovernook Street at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Shepard Avenue from East Hartford Avenue to a point 40 feet south

On the west side of North Shepard Avenue from East Hartford Avenue to a point 40 feet north

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 84^th Street between West Townsend Street to West Lisbon Avenue”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 11^th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

“On the west side of North 22^nd Street between West Juneau and West McKinley Avenues from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM”

“On North 25^th Street between West Highland and West Juneau Avenues”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Walker Street between South 2^nd Street and South 3^rd Street”

Part 6.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Wilson Street from South Austin Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue

Part 7.  Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months Alternate Monthly Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East Wilson Street from South Austin Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue”

Part 8.  Section 101-24-2 of the Code relating to Tow Away Zones is amended by striking the following:

“On East Bradford Avenue from North Downer Avenue to North Farwell Avenue”

Part 9.  Section 101-24-2 of the Code relating to Tow Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On East Bradford Avenue from North Maryland Avenue to North Downer Avenue
