Title

Substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Acacia Street from North 80^th Street to a point 640 feet east on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Except Buses

On the east side of North 80^th Street from West Acacia Street to a point 340 feet north on School Days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Except Buses

On the west side of North 89^th Street from a point 340 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 620 feet north thereof on School Days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Except Buses

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 10^th Street from West Wells Street north to a point 450 feet at any time”

“On the south side of West Becher Street from South 26^th Street to South 28^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 10^th Street from West Wells Street to a point 105 feet north

On the east side of North 10^th Street from a point 145 feet north of West Wells Street to a point 450 feet north thereof

On the south side of West Becher Street from South Layton Boulevard to a point 150 feet east from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday

On the south side of West Becher Street from South Layton Boulevard west to the first alley from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday

On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 775 feet west of North 17^th Street to a point 30 feet west thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-32-3-am of the Code relating to Twenty-five Minute Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 10^th Street from a point 105 feet north of West Wells Street to a point 40 feet north thereof
