A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-10 of the Code relating to No Right Turns is amended by striking the following:
"On S. Superior Street at E. Ontario Street northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
"On S. Superior Street at E. Pryor Street northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
"On S. Superior Street at E. Iron Street northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
"On S. Superior Street at E. Nock Street northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
"On S. Superior Street at E. Estes Street northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
"On S. Superior Street at E. Meredith Street northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
"On S. Superior Street at E. Bennett Avenue northbound from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM"
Part 2. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Turn On Red is amended by adding the following:
W. Center Street and N. 51st Street in all directions
Part 3. Section 101-11 of the Code relating to No Left Turns is amended by striking the following:
"On. S. 6th Street at W. Lincoln Avenue Southbound"
Part 4. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On W. Forest Home Avenue from S. 28th Street to S. 30th Street
On W. Vliet Street from N. 22nd Street to N. 24th Place
Part 5. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On N. 45th Street and W. Meinecke Avenue"
Part 6. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
"W. Meinecke Avenue traffic to stop for N. 9th Street"
"On W. Meinecke Avenue at N. 12th Street"
"On N. 10th Street at W. Clarke Street"
"On N. 10th Street at W. Hadley Street"
"Northbound N. 13th Street traffic to stop for W. Hadley Street"
Part 7. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On N. 45th Street at W. Meinecke Avenue
On N. 9th Street at W. Meinecke Avenue in all directions
On N. 12th Street at W. Meinecke Avenue in all directions
On N. 10th Street at W. Wright Street in all directions
On N. 12th Street at W. Wright Street in all directions
On N. 10th Street at W. Clarke Street in all directions
On N. 10th Street at W. Hadley Street in all directions
On N. 13th Street at W. Hadley Street in all directions
