Whereas, Funds have been encumbered and thus set aside for the proposed public improvements; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that after the developers of said development deposit the necessary funds in accordance with said agreement, the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that a variance is authorized from the procedures of File Number 881665 being the Administrative Rules for the Capital Improvements Process, and hereby directs the City Comptroller to make a supplemental appropriation of $100,000 in the Water Developer Capital Purpose Account 42-641---301-0001 with offsetting revenues in Water Estimated Revenue 42-641---301-9003; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital purpose subaccounts.
