This ordinance revises provisions of the code for purposes of correcting errors, clarifying language and eliminating provisions.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 200-30-2-f-4 of the code is repealed.
(Note: the provisions being repealed read as follows:
200-30. Lapse of Permit, Refunds.
2.REFUNDS.
f-4.No refund shall be made of the fee paid, specified in s. 200-33-65-L, for a board of zoning appeals renewal certificate.)
Part 2. Section 240- 23-3-b of the code is amended to read:
240-23. Foundation Repairs and Damp-Proofing.
3.INTERIOR REPAIRS AND STANDARDS.
b.Constructed masonry pilasters shall be made integral with the exterior wall and reinforced with at least 2-number 3 rods and filled with 3,000 PSI [[cement]] >>concrete<< or other approved material.
Part 3. Section 295-523-8-g of the code is repealed.
Part 4. Renumbering. References to s. 295-59-5-e listed in the following sections of the code are changed to s. 295-59-5.5-d: 295-14-12-0, 295-523-12-g, 14-i to m and 15-f to h.
Part 5. Renumbering. Reference to various sections and chapters of the Wisconsin Adm. Code listed in the following sections of the code are changed as shown:
