This resolution revises the itemized schedule of ancillary fees for equipment and procedures relating to ambulance services provided by City-certified private ambulance companies by adding charges for prosplints.
BODY:
Whereas, Section 75-15-12-s of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances provides that ambulance service providers certified by the City may charge fees for services and procedures, other than the base ambulance transport fee, as determined by the Commissioner of Health and approved by the Common Council; and
Whereas, The Common Council's most recent action to approve a list of ancillary ambulance equipment and procedures occurred on July 29, 1994 (File Number 940662); and
Whereas, The Commissioner of Health has recommended that the list be revised to add charges for prosplints; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following ancillary ambulance equipment and procedure fees are approved:
