Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway from West Manitoba Street to a point 150 feet east”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Canal Street from South 6^th Street to West Roundhouse Road from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”

“On the south side of West Canal Street from South 6^th Street to South 16^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday”

“On the south side of West Canal Street from South 20^th Street to West Roundhouse Road from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday”

“On West Wisconsin Avenue from North 13^th Street to North 16^th Street at any time”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West State Street from North 8^th Street to a point 65 feet east

On West Wisconsin Avenue from North 13^th Street to North 16^th Street from 9:00 PM Sunday to 7:00 AM Sunday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Walker Street from South 2^nd Street to south 3^rd Street from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM

On West Wisconsin Avenue from North 13^th Street to North 16^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Sunday

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Legion Street from South 24^th Street to South 25^th Street

Part 6.  Section 101-23-11 of the Code relating to Heavy Truck Parking Prohibited is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 13^th Street from a point 90 feet south of West Armour Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
