Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 32nd Street from West Clarke Street to a point 120 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 19th Street from West Hadley Street to West Locust Street from December 1st to March 1st except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On the north side of West Vienna Avenue between North 20th and North 21st Streets at any time"
"On the west side of North 12th Street from West Burleigh Street to West Capitol Drive from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday and where No Parking is in effect"
"On the north side of West Scott Street from South 35th Street west to the first alley on regular school days between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM"
"On the west side of South 30th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to the first east/west alley south thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On West Clybourn Street from North 39th Street east to the dead end at any time
On the south side of East Keefe Avenue from North Pierce Street to a point 50 feet west at any time
On the east side of South 9th Place from West Montana Street to a point 50 feet south at any time
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 27th Street from West Meinecke Avenue to West Wright Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on odd calendar dates except Saturday and Sunday"
"On North 34th Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West State Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 19th Street to North 20th Street"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Grange Avenue from South 26th Street to South 27th Street
On South 34th Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Kinnickinnic River Parkway
On West Montana Street from South 33rd Street to South 34th Street
Part 5. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Townsend Street from North 20th Street to North 24th Street"
"On the west side of North 14th Street from West Wells Street to West Highland Avenue"
'On the east side of North 15th Street from West Wells Street to West Highland Avenue"
"On the west side of North 18th Street from West Wells Street to the east/west alley north of West State Street"
"On the south side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 14th Street to North 20th Street"
