Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Highland Avenue from a point 125 feet west of North 6^th Street to a point 170 feet west thereof

On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from a point 145 feet west of South 41^st Street to a point 25 feet west thereof

On the north side of West Scott Street from South 14^th Street to South 15^th Street on school days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

On the north side of West Layton Avenue from a point 575 feet east of South 20^th Street to a point 40 feet east thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 61^st Street from West Nebraska Avenue to West Forest Home Avenue

On south side of West Nebraska Avenue from South 61^st Street to a point 350 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North Pierce Street from East Keefe Avenue to East Townsend Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 24^th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

On the east side of South 25^th Street from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue

On the east side of South 26^th Street from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 28^th Street from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue
