BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable public improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital purpose subaccounts; and, be it
Further Resolved, That N. Humboldt Ave. (859-0662-1) shall be financed with a combination of 1998 and 1999 Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Funds, however, all remaining 1998 funds shall be used for said project to any 1999 fund expenditures; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the limits for previously approved sewer project W. Sheridan Ave. - N. 64th St. to 210 ft. m/l east of N. 64th St. (821-4540-3) were incorrect and should be described as follows:
"W. Sheridan Ave. - N. 64th St. to 210 ft. m/l east of N. 67th St. (821-4540-3);" (SUFFICIENT FUNDS WERE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED UNDER RESOLUTION FILE NUMBER 971959, ADOPTED MAY 5, 1998)
