Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South 11th Street from West Washington Street to a point 50 feet north thereof at any time”

“On the east side of South 11th Street from West Washington Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time”

“On the east side of North 43^rd Street from a point 240 feet south of West Good Hope Road to a point 180 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”

“On the west side of North 43^rd Street from a point 240 feet south of West Good Hope Road to a point 130 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 43^rd Street from a point 160 feet south of West Good Hope Road to a point 115 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the west side of North 43^rd Street from a point 160 feet south of West Good Hope Road to a point 90 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the south side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 35^th Street to South 36^th Street

On South 35^th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 160 feet north

On the north side of West Bruce Street from a point 520 feet east of South Muskego Avenue to a point 110 feet east thereof

On the south side of West Bruce Street from a point 430 feet east of South Muskego Avenue to a point 110 feet east thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-a of the Code relating to Fifteen Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Washington Boulevard from a point 65 feet east of North 54^th Street to a point 35 feet further east”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Washington Boulevard from a point 65 feet east of North 54^th Street to a point 30 feet further east

Part 5.  Section 101-32-3-am of the Code relating to Twenty-Five Minute Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Jefferson Street to a point 75 feet west

Part 6.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East Wisconsin Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Jefferson Street”

Part 7.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Jefferson Street

On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to a point 75 feet west of North Jefferson Street
