Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North Stowell Avenue from East Linnwood Avenue to East Kenwood Avenue from 8:00AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Chicago Street from North Harbor Drive to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Jefferson Street from East Buffalo Street to East St Paul Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

On the east side of North Jefferson Street from East Chicago Street to a point 100 feet north from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

On the west side of North Jefferson Street from East Buffalo Street to East Chicago Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

On the north side of East St Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-h of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Van Buren Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Messmer Street from North 7^th Street to a point 100 feet west of North 8^th Street"

"On the south side of East Chambers Street from North Holton Street to North Weil Street"

"On the north side of East Chambers Street from North Holton Street to North Pierce Street"

Part 6.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Chambers Street from North Holton Street to North Booth Street Except Sunday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

On the north side of West Messmer Street from North 7^th Street to a point 100 feet west of North 8^th Street

Part 7.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 24^th Street from West Lapham Street to West Mitchell Street

Part 8.  Section 101-27.7-11-b of the Code relating to Resident-Only Parking Permit is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Stowell Avenue from East Linnwood Avenue to East Kenwood Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 9.  Section 101-32-3-d-3 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North Jefferson Street from East Buffalo Street to East Menomonee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"

"On the west side of North Jefferson Street from West St Paul Avenue to East Menomonee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"

Part 10.  Section 101-32-3-d-3 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Jefferson Street from East Menomonee Street to East Chicago Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday

On the east side of North Jefferson Street from a point 100 feet north of East Chicago Street to East Buffalo Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday

On the north side of East Chicago Street from North Harbor Drive to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 11.  Section 101-32-3-f-3 of the Code relating to Five-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Jefferson Street from East Buffalo Street to East St Paul Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the west side of North Jefferson Street from East Buffalo Street to East Chicago Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the east side of North Jefferson Street from East Chicago Street to a point 100 feet north from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the north side of East St Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 12.  Section 101-32-3-g-2 of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Van Buren Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday"

Part 13.  Section 101-32-3-g-2 of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Jefferson Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Jackson Street to North Van Buren Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
