Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of South 7th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Washington Street at any time"
"On the east side of North 51st Street from the south curb line of West Chambers Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 51st Street from the south curb line of West Chambers Street to a point 160 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 13th Street from West Vliet Street to West Kneeland Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday and when No Parking is in effect"
"On the east side of North 5th Street from the north curb line of West Wells Street to a point 75 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 7th Street from West Michigan Street to West Wisconsin Avenue at any time"
"On the west side of North 5th Street from a point 170 feet south of the south curb line of West Vliet Street to a point 85 feet south thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 7th Street from West Washington Street to West Greenfield Avenue from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
On the east side of North 51st Street from the south curb line of West Chambers Street to a point 100 feet south thereof at any time
On the west side of South 49th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Euclid Avenue from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to one-half hour parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 13th Street from the northerly line of West Fond du Lac Avenue to a point 60 feet north thereof"
"On North 3rd Street from the south line of West Everett Street to the south line of West Juneau Avenue"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 11th Lane between West Locust Street and West Chambers Street"
"On the west side of North 1st Street from West Keefe Avenue to West Vienna Avenue between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the east side of North 2nd Street from West Hadley Street to West Locust Street on even calendar dates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On East Bay Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Allis Street"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North 85th Street from West Chambers Street to West Burleigh Street
