A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of N. 29th Street from W. Capitol Drive to the alley north at any time
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. 29th Street between W. Capitol Drive and the end of the street north thereof from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the west side of N. 29th Street from the first alley north of W. Capitol Drive to a point approximately 130 feet south thereof"
"On the west side of N. 29th Street from a point 190 feet north of the north curb line of W. Capitol Drive to a point 50 feet further north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of N. 29th Street from W. Capitol Drive to the alley north thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. State Street from a point 160 feet west of the west curb line of N. 48th Street to a point 75 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
"On W. Stevenson Street from the east line of N. 80th Street to the east line of N. 82nd Street"
"On the north side of W. Walnut Street from a point 90 feet west of the west curb line of N. 1st Street to the first north/south alley west thereof at any time"
"On the west side of N. Water Street from a point 180 feet south of E. Wisconsin Avenue to E. Michigan Street at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of E. Ward Street from S. Robinson Avenue east to the alley from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
On the west side of N. Hubbard Street from E. Vienna Avenue to a point 100 feet north at any time
On the west side of N. 40th Street from a point 155 feet south of W. Kiehnau Avenue to a point 130 feet further south from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to 30 Minute Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of W. Appleton Avenue from W. Chambers Street to N. 63rd Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Lincoln Avenue between S. 5th Place and S. 5th Street"
"On the north side of W. Lincoln Avenue from S. 5th Street to S. 5th Place"
"On the south side of W. Vliet Street from N. 57th Street to N. 58th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of N. 1st Street from the north curb line of E. Keefe Avenue to a point 240 feet north thereof except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the west side of N. 4th Street from the south curb line of W. Locust Street to a point 230 feet south thereof from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on odd calendar dates except Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Wells Street from N. 10th Street to N. 11th Street"
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 11th to N. 10th Streets from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
Part 7. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi Cab Stands is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Farwell Avenue from a point 80 feet north of the north curb line of E. LaFayette Place to a point 40 feet further north thereof (2 cab stands)"
Part 8. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of E. Deer Place from S. Greeley Street to S. Howell Avenue"
