Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic

Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain

as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 8^th Street from West Clybourn Street to a point 250' north thereof at any time."

"On the east side of North 10th Street between West Highland and West Juneau Avenues"

"On the east side of North 27th Street between West Fond du Lac Avenue and West Center Street at any time"

"On North 47^th Place from W. Derby Place to West Glendale Avenue at any time"

"On the east side of North 29th Street from a point 110 feet south of the south curb line of West Meinecke Avenue to a point 90 feet south thereof from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of North 33rd Street from the north curb line of West North Avenue to the alley north thereof at any time"

"On the south side of West State Street from a point 85 feet west of the west curb line of North 13^th Street to a point 30 feet further west thereof, at any time"

"On the south side of East Becher Street from South Hilbert Street to South Allis Street"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West State Street from a point 125 feet east of North 14^th Street to a point 40 feet east thereof at any time

On the south side of West State Street from North 31^st Street to a point 50 feet west at any time

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 15^th Street from West Clybourn Street south to the overhead of the Transport Co."

"On the east side of North 27th Street from the alley north of West Center Street to West Hadley Street"

"On North 40th Street from the north line of West North Avenue to a point approximately 135 feet north thereof"

Part 4. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East Becher Street from South Hilbert Street to South Allis Street"

Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South Graham Street from East Wilson Street to East Homer Street

On East Becher Street from South Hilbert Street to South Allis Street
