This resolution accepts eight easements required for installation, operation, and maintenance of water main facilities at various locations.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easements offered the City:

WE810B executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Milwaukee Public Schools, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated N. 10^th St., from W. Highland Ave. to 300' N/O W. Highland Ave., in the City of Milwaukee.

WE901 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and St. Mary's Congregation, for a permanent water main easement in W. Forest Home Ave., from W. Edgerton Ave. to S. Allenwood Ln., in the Village of Hales Corners.

WE902 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Woodland Land Investment, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 7140, Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 from 600' E/O S. 88^th St. to S. 88^th St. and W. Howard Ave. to W. Waterford Ave., in the City of Greenfield.

WE903 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and B and A Investments, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 7149, Parcel 1, at 220' N/O W. Layton Ave., from 450' E/O S. 84^th St. to S. 84^th St., in the City of Greenfield.

Blue Mound Rd. to 1700' S/O W. Blue Mound Rd., in the City of Milwaukee.

WE911 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Milwaukee County, for a permanent water main easement in Parcel 1, C.S.M. No. 2945, at W. Greenbrook Dr. Extended, from N. 84^th St. Extended to N. 85^th St., in the City of Milwaukee

Further Resolved, That after said easements have been accepted, they shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
