The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-130(5).0011. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the 1/4 section line in West Center Street and the centerline of North Teutonia Avenue; thence North 14 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. West along the centerline of North Teutonia Avenue 185.21 feet to a point on a westerly extension of the north line of Parcel 1 in Certified Survey Map No. 4188; thence Due East along the north line of Parcel 1 in said Certified Survey Map No. 4188 and westerly extension thereof 131.15 feet to a point; thence North 60 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 238.24 feet to a point on the centerline of West Hopkins Street; thence South 44 deg. 15 min. 44 sec. East along the centerline of West Hopkins Street 195.38 feet to a point on the section line in North 13th Street; thence South 00 deg. 17 min. 40 sec. East along the section line in North 13th Street 158.52 feet to a point on the 1/4 section line in West Center Street; thence Due West along the 1/4 section line in West Center Street 428.33 feet to a point on the centerline of North Teutonia Avenue and the point of beginning from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40) and Local Business (L/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40).
