This resolution amends Common Council File 021548 as amended by Common Council File 030397 relative to application, acceptance and funding of the 2003 Consolidated Contract. The purpose of the grant is to continue programming in six service areas during 2003 under the Consolidated Contract allocations.

Whereas, Common Council File 021548 as amended by Common Council File 030397 authorized the Health Department to apply for, accept and fund the 2003 Consolidated Contract from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services for six Health Department service areas. This grant provided for a Grantor share total of $1,350,758; and
Whereas, The Grantor share for this program is increased by $209,813; now, therefore be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is authorized and the Health Department shall accept such a grant without further Common Council approval unless the terms of the grant change as indicated in Common Council File 940843 (Grant Ordinance); and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to commit funds within the Project/Grant Parent of the 2003 Special Revenue-Grant and Aid Projects fund, the following amount for the project titled 2003 Consolidated Contract:
