This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
1st Aldermanic District
W. Olive St. - N. 44th Pl. to N. 45th St. (RM52314014): New asphalt construction, place curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, sodding, and grading.
Parklawn Development Area bounded by W. Marion St., W. Hope Ave., N. Sherman Blvd., N. 47th St. (WK68320007/RE17190216): Installing storm and sanitary sewers.
N. 44th Pl. - W. Hope Ave. to W. Olive St. (RM52314014): New asphalt construction, place curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, sodding, and grading.
N. 45th St. - W. Olive St. to W. Marion St. (RM52314014): New asphalt construction, place curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, sodding, and grading.
N. 45th Pl. - W. Hope Ave. to W. Olive St. (RM52314014): New asphalt construction, place curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, sodding, and grading.

12th Aldermanic District
W. St. Paul Ave. - N. 10th St. to N. 12th St. (SM495000402): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund -- $6,100)
13th Aldermanic District
S. 13th St. (East Side) - W. College Ave. to a point 750 feet m/l north of W. College Ave. (ST210000101): Concrete walk construction. (Nonassessable New Paving Fund -- $1,000)

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
