This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

N. Milwaukee St. - E. Wisconsin Ave. to E. Mason St. (865-0350-2) File Number 970181: SPECIAL TREATMENT: Tree Wells and headers, and granite pavers; asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter and sidewalk, sodding, grading, trees, street lighting, traffic signals, and hydrant relocation.
