Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Ring Street from North 14th Street to North 16th Street from December 1 to March 1 at anytime except Sunday 7 AM to 1 PM"

"On the east side of North 4th Street from the south curb line of West Clybourn Street to a point 110 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the west side of South 1st Street from the north curb line of West Washington Street to a point 80 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the east side of South 11th Street from West Maple Street to West Windlake Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 27th Street from a point 160 feet north of West Hope Avenue north to the alley at any time

On the north side of West Hope Avenue from a point 480 feet west of North 27th Street to North 31st Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to one-half hour parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Vienna Avenue from North 36th Street to the first north/south alley east thereof from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Sunday"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On North 10th Street from West Wells Street to the north road of West Kilbourn Avenue"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Townsend Street from North 23rd and North 24th Streets"

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 84th Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 130 feet south

Part 7.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On South 5th Street from West National Avenue to West Pierce Street"

Part 8.  Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Milwaukee Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to a point 95 feet south

Part 9.  Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi Stands is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North Water Street from a point 15 feet north of the north lot line of East Wisconsin Avenue to a point 56 feet north (3 cabs)"

Part 10.  Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi stands is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Plankinton Avenue from West Michigan Street to a point 130 feet north (4 cabs)
