Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 39^th Street from a point 40 feet south of south curb line of West Ohio Avenue to a point 140 feet north thereof, at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Old World Third Street from West Wisconsin Avenue north to the alley

On the east side of North 4^th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue north to the alley

On the north side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North Old World Third Street to North 4^th Street

On the west side of South 39^th Street from a point 1180 feet north of West Morgan Avenue to a point 160 feet north thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of East Ogden Avenue from the east curb line of North Broadway to a point 100 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Appleton Avenue from a point 130 feet east of West Carmen Avenue to a point 30 feet east thereof

On the north side of West Highland Avenue from North 8^th street to a point 85 feet east

On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from a point 525 feet east of South 43^rd Street to a point 30 feet east thereof

On the east side of South 43^rd Street from a point 760 feet north of West Morgan Avenue to a point 30 feet north thereof

On the south side of West Lakefield Drive from South 60^th Street east to the dead end

Part 5.  Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Old World Third Street from West Wisconsin Avenue north to the alley

On the east side of North 4^th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue north to the alley

On the north side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North Old World Third Street to North 4^th Street

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South Barclay Street from East Pittsburgh Avenue to East Florida Street”

Part 7.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South Barclay Street from East Pittsburgh Avenue to East Oregon Street

Part 8.  Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the North 4^th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue

Part 9.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 25^th Street from West Scott Street to West Greenfield Avenue

Part 10.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North Warren Avenue from East Brady Street to East Hamilton Street

Part 11.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Five-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North 4^th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue
